AeroVironment Signs MOU with Taiwan's Ubiqconn to Build Local Drone Common Controller Ecosystem

AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Taiwan-based rugged controller manufacturer Ubiqconn Technology to integrate AV's Tomahawk Common Control Ecosystem into Ubiqconn's hardware platform. The partnership aims to support Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense plan to procure tens of thousands of domestically produced drones, while enhancing multi-UAS interoperability through AV's Kinesis mission management software.
