Eurosatory 2026: RWS Launches Urban Drone Defence Ammunition Line with Plastic Projectiles to Minimize Collateral Damage

RWS has unveiled its Urban Drone Defence (UDD) ammunition series at Eurosatory 2026, designed for C-UAS operations in urban and peri-urban environments. Using plastic projectiles, the line includes Light and Heavy variants — with and without tracer rounds — effective at ranges up to 100 metres and 300 metres respectively, targeting improvised and commercial UAVs while minimizing background risk to civilians.
