Archer Aviation Unveils Zee, an Aviation-Specific AI Foundation Model Targeting Air Taxis and Airspace Modernization

Archer Aviation has launched Zee, an AI foundation model built specifically for aviation. Integrating data from ADS-B, ATC communications, weather, and more, Zee supports both on-device offline and cloud server deployment. It targets eVTOL air taxis, UAVs, commercial aviation, and air traffic management. Archer is in active talks with governments, airlines, and industry partners for pilot programs, aiming to support the U.S. Department of Transportation's approximately $20 billion airspace modernization investment.
