
Velo3D Opens 289,000 Sq Ft California Campus to Triple Metal 3D Printing Capacity for Defense Demand
Metal additive manufacturing firm Velo3D has inaugurated a 289,000-square-foot production campus in Livermore, California, capable of housing over 100 metal 3D printing systems. The expansion is designed to triple production capacity to meet surging aerospace and defense demand. Combined with its Fremont R&D headquarters, Velo3D's two California facilities will total 125 machines, positioning the company as one of North America's largest advanced metal additive manufacturing hubs.
