Nokia Joins Finnish Border Guard Counter-Drone Consortium to Protect Patrol Vehicles and Vessels
Nokia Defense has announced it will join an industry consortium led by the Finnish Border Guard to develop next-generation counter-UAS (C-UAS) capabilities for patrol vehicles and vessels. Nokia will contribute smart network solutions enabling secure connectivity, real-time data exchange, and cross-system interoperability. Formal system evaluations are scheduled to begin between 2027 and early 2028.
