Spain's ARMMO Defense Technologies Unveils Autonomous Unmanned Catamaran ARW39CAT-A at Eurosatory 2026
Spanish defense technology company ARMMO Defense Technologies has officially unveiled the ARW39CAT-A, an autonomous unmanned surface vessel (USV), at the Eurosatory 2026 defense exhibition in Paris. The 12-meter composite catamaran achieves speeds of 45–50 knots, operates over a tactical range of 540 nautical miles, and supports 800–1,200 kg of modular mission payload including sensors, communications suites, weapons stations, and small drone launch-and-recovery capabilities.
