Ukraine's defense-tech collaboration platform Brave 1 has tested an FPV drone detection system developed by U.S. startup Surtr under the 'Test in Ukraine' program. The AI-powered solution fuses acoustic and optical sensor data in real time to detect aerial targets and calculate coordinates with minimal latency. Despite adverse weather conditions, the system demonstrated high potential, with future plans to integrate it with strike systems to protect vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles, and fixed installations.
