Skyports, UI Helicopter, and BETA Technologies Partner to Advance South Korea's AAM Industry

Skyports Infrastructure, UI Helicopter, and BETA Technologies signed a Memorandum of Understanding at K-UAM Confex 2026 in Seoul on July 15, 2026. The tripartite agreement integrates aircraft manufacturing, local operations, and vertiport infrastructure to support South Korea's goal of launching commercial Advanced Air Mobility services by 2029. UI Helicopter has committed to purchasing up to 20 BETA aircraft, while Skyports will lead vertiport network development on Jeju Island.
