Two Key Policy Developments in Focus

1. FAA MOSAIC Rule (Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification): For the first time, this rule extends the Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) category to include electric propulsion, rotorcraft, and powered-lift aircraft, fundamentally reshaping the general aviation certification framework.

2. FAA and U.S. Department of Transportation eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP): Eight pilot projects spanning 26 U.S. states, bringing together leading aircraft manufacturers, operators, state government partners, and airports.
