- Airport vertiports — integrating vertical take-off and landing infrastructure with existing aviation facilities
The project is led by DLR's Institute of Flight Guidance and involves multiple DLR research institutes alongside external partners, adopting a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary research approach. The project runs from July 2024 to June 2028, spanning four years.
