Ukraine's Upgraded FP-1 Long-Range Strike Drone Suspected in Attack on Russia's Omsk Oil Refinery, Range Extended to 2,600 km
Sources from both Ukraine and Russia indicate that an upgraded version of Ukraine's FP-1 long-range strike drone was reportedly used in a recent attack on the Omsk Oil Refinery, located approximately 2,450 km from the front line. The upgrade relocates fuel tanks from the fuselage to the wings, extending the FP-1's range from roughly 1,600 km to approximately 2,600 km while maintaining a 60 kg payload. Fire Point co-founder Dmytro Shtilerman claims the maximum range can reach 3,400 km.
