U.S. defense technology company Shield AI has signed a strategic integration partnership with Spain's UAV Navigation-Grupo Oesía, a specialist in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and a prominent player in the European drone flight control market.

Interoperability Testing Yields Positive Results

At the core of this collaboration is the validation of compatibility between Shield AI's cross-platform autonomous software, Hivemind, and UAV Navigation-Grupo Oesía's VECTOR autopilot and mission control computer. The two companies have jointly completed interoperability testing and reported successful results, confirming that Hivemind can be configured to execute missions on drone platforms equipped with Grupo Oesía flight control systems.

Under the partnership roadmap, subsequent phases are expected to extend integration to additional platform families within the UAV Navigation-Grupo Oesía product portfolio.
