AI Is Designing Radio Chips That Humans Never Could Have Imagined

Researchers at Princeton University have used reinforcement learning and diffusion models to design radio-frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) from scratch, bypassing the traditional 'dark art' of RF design that relies on years of human expertise.
