DroneShield Signs Two C-UAS Partnership Agreements at Eurosatory 2026
DroneShield has announced two significant partnership agreements that extend its counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) capabilities into mobile and vehicle-mounted operational scenarios.
Interoperability Demonstration with Parsons Corporation
DroneShield revealed its participation in a joint C-UAS field demonstration with Parsons Corporation, showcasing how interoperable technologies can help organisations detect, track, and respond to evolving drone threats.
"The demonstration integrated advanced sensing, command and control, and counter-drone technologies within a common operating environment, highlighting how organisations can leverage best-of-breed capabilities to improve situational awareness and accelerate decision-making in complex security operations," DroneShield stated in a press release.
During the demonstration, DroneShield provided drone detection, electronic warfare, and defeat capabilities within Parsons' DroneArmor command-and-control environment. The company emphasised that the exercise illustrated how open-architecture frameworks enable technologies from multiple vendors to operate in concert, giving operators greater flexibility to build mission-tailored solutions.
MOU Signed with Dutch Firm Defenture
At the Eurosatory exhibition, DroneShield also announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Defenture, a Netherlands-based specialist in tactical mobility solutions.
"The MOU will combine DroneShield's counter-drone hardware, software, command and control, and operational support capabilities with Defenture's expertise in mobile vehicle platforms," DroneShield said. "The two companies will work together to advance a coordinated go-to-market roadmap, delivering air defence and counter-drone command-and-control solutions suited to modern combat environments."
Defenture, headquartered in the Netherlands, specialises in tactical mobility platforms. The partnership is expected to enhance the deployability of C-UAS systems in mobile and expeditionary combat scenarios.
Industry Context
As drone threats continue to escalate globally, demand for mobile and integrated C-UAS solutions is intensifying. DroneShield's back-to-back partnership announcements reflect a broader industry push toward cross-vendor interoperability to address diverse and rapidly evolving operational requirements.
