
Askari Defense Closes $9M Seed Round to Accelerate Handheld Autonomous Drone-Interceptor Development
Defense tech startup Askari Defense has completed a $9 million seed round led by Builders VC to accelerate development of its handheld, autonomous counter-UAS interceptor system. Participants include Sovereign's Capital, Swell VC, Rule 1 Ventures, and WaterStone Impact Fund. Combined with a prior $1.7 million seed round, the company has now raised a total of $10.7 million in cumulative funding.
