
Denmark Approves Procurement of New Drone and Counter-Drone Systems to Bolster Defence Readiness
Denmark's Finance Committee has approved the Ministry of Defence's acquisition of new drone and counter-drone capabilities, funded within the existing defence budget. Defence Minister Jeppe Bruus cited battlefield lessons from Ukraine as the driving force, emphasising the urgent need for Danish armed forces to rapidly advance their drone capabilities amid a deteriorating European security environment.
